How do I apply for a rental?
There are two ways to apply. We have applications at our office or you can fill out our online application.  Our Office is located at 146  1st Avenue N.W., Swift Current, SK.  Our online application is on our website under the Tenants tab, then click Rental Application.

How long does it take to process my application?
The process time varies, but it is usually within a week.  We will then contact you regarding your application via email once we have completed a reference check and approved/not approved your rental application.  If you are approved to rent with Royal LePage Formula 1 from there you can book an appointment time to view the rentals of you are interested in.

What days can I view available rentals?
Our office showing times are Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.  Please phone our office at (306) 773-7527 or email us to book an appointment to be shown your preferred rental units.

Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.  We will not give out any personal information with regards to your private information.

How long are applications kept?
Applications are kept for a maximum of 3 months, after that you will need to reapply.  

How much is damage deposit?
Damage deposit is equivalent to one month rent.  Example if you are wanting to rent an apartment that has a monthly rental cost of $800.00 per month, the damage deposit would be $800.00 paid to hold the unit in your name.

What is the term length of lease?
Our leases are a minimum of 6 months or longer, then your lease becomes month to month.  

How do I give notice to vacate?
The notice time required is one full calendar month. The forms are at our office or drop off a signed & dated note stating that you are vacating.

What is a Walk thru?
Our experienced team will go through your rental with you when you move in and document the condition as of the day you move in.  This document will be signed and approved by you and our Property Management Assistant at the time of the walk thru.

What is a Walk Out?
Our experienced team will go through your rental with you when you move out and document the condition as of the day you move out.  This document will be signed and approved by you and our Property Management Assistant at the time of the walk out.

How can I pay my rent and damage deposit?
We have many convenient ways to pay. We accept debit, cash, or cheque at our office. We are authorized to take the payment through pre authorized debit.  There is a form that you will fill out allows us to conveniently withdraw your rent on the 1st of each month.
